Job Summary
12-15+ years of Infrastructure Transition and Managed Services experience. Leads transition activities across North America ensuring smooth migration of infrastructure services workplace services field support operations and hosting functions from incumbent teams into steady-state operations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with US and Canada business stakeholders.
Manage transition activities for offices plants warehouses and corporate locations.
Lead executive stakeholder communications.
Support compliance audit and regulatory requirements.
Govern onsite and remote support readiness.
Drive infrastructure operational acceptance across all towers.
Common Responsibilities Across All Four Roles
Transition Governance
Own regional transition plans and execution.
Maintain RAID logs and mitigation actions.
Conduct weekly governance reviews.
Ensure milestone achievement and contractual compliance.
Knowledge Transfer Management
Plan and execute KT activities.
Validate process documentation.
Conduct service readiness reviews.
Ensure successful knowledge retention.
Operational Readiness
Lead Day-1 planning.
Manage Hypercare support.
Drive stabilization activities.
Monitor early-life support performance.
Stakeholder Management
Build relationships with business leaders and tower leads.
Conduct customer-facing transition reviews.
Escalate risks and dependencies proactively.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in IT Engineering or related discipline.
ITIL Foundation certification.
PMP / PRINCE2 preferred.
