Responsibilities
- Manage and process life and annuities insurance policies efficiently to ensure accurate and timely service delivery

- Utilize MS Office tools to maintain and update policy records ensuring data integrity and accessibility
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide policy information and address inquiries
- Analyze policy data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Implement best practices in policy servicing to optimize workflow and reduce errors
- Support the development and execution of policy servicing strategies to align with business objectives
- Provide training and guidance to team members on policy servicing processes and tools

Qualifications
- 0 to 11 Months of experience.
- Intermediate English
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications to manage policy documentation effectively
- Exhibit strong domain knowledge in life and annuities insurance to provide expert policy servicing
- Possess excellent communication skills in English to interact with stakeholders and team members
- Show ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for process optimization
