Responsibilities

  • Manage and process life and annuities insurance policies efficiently to ensure accurate and timely service delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve policy-related issues and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Utilize MS Office tools to maintain and update policy records ensuring data integrity and accessibility
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide policy information and address inquiries
  • Analyze policy data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
  • Implement best practices in policy servicing to optimize workflow and reduce errors
  • Support the development and execution of policy servicing strategies to align with business objectives
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on policy servicing processes and tools
  • Monitor policy servicing metrics to assess performance and identify areas for enhancement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all policy servicing activities
  • Contribute to the development of policy servicing documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Participate in policy servicing projects to drive innovation and efficiency
  • Foster a collaborative work environment to promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

    Qualifications

  • 0 to 11 Months of experience.
  • Intermediate English
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications to manage policy documentation effectively
  • Exhibit strong domain knowledge in life and annuities insurance to provide expert policy servicing
  • Possess excellent communication skills in English to interact with stakeholders and team members
  • Show ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for process optimization
  • Display attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy servicing tasks
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address policy-related challenges
  • Possess a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new policy servicing tools and techniques.
