What will make you successful in this position?

Mandatory

• Certified Pega System Architect (CSA) (CSSA is a strong plus)
• 5+ years of experience in Pega development, with solid hands-on experience in Pega Infinity 8.x (preferably 8.7.x)
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Pega solutions end-to-end
• Strong expertise in case management, workflows, decisioning, and integrations
• Experience designing, coding, unit testing, and documenting solutions following best practices
• Ability to take ownership of user stories and technical deliverables
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish

Desirable

• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs
• Experience in banking or financial services
• Exposure to App Studio and Dev Studio
• Ability to lead technical discussions, demos, and walkthroughs with stakeholders
• Mentoring or coaching junior team members
• Knowledge of performance tuning and Pega best practices

• Lead the implementation of complex features and integrations
• Review code and ensure adherence to best practices and architectural standards
