Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Lead/Developer with 4 to 10 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce Apex Integration and Integration Framework with a strong understanding of Life and Annuities Insurance domain being a plus. This role involves day shift work with no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Apex integrations to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Implement and optimize Integration Frameworks to support scalable and efficient system communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design integration solutions that align with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
- Provide technical expertise in Salesforce development ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality and compliance with organizational standards.
- Create detailed technical documentation for integration processes and workflows to support future scalability.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand the Life and Annuities Insurance domain and tailor solutions to meet industry-specific needs.
- Enhance existing integration solutions by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential bottlenecks or issues.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and integration technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team.
- Train and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of integration solutions before deployment.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Salesforce Apex Integration and Integration Framework with hands-on experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions.
- Have a solid understanding of system troubleshooting and performance optimization.
- Showcase knowledge of Life and Annuities Insurance domain as a nice-to-have skill.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Display a commitment to adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Demonstrate the ability to create detailed technical documentation for integration processes.
- Stay proactive in learning new technologies and applying them to improve solutions.
- Show experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
