Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Lead/Developer with 4 to 10 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce Apex Integration and Integration Framework with a strong understanding of Life and Annuities Insurance domain being a plus. This role involves day shift work with no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce Apex integrations to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
  • Implement and optimize Integration Frameworks to support scalable and efficient system communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design integration solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
  • Provide technical expertise in Salesforce development ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Create detailed technical documentation for integration processes and workflows to support future scalability.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand the Life and Annuities Insurance domain and tailor solutions to meet industry-specific needs.
  • Enhance existing integration solutions by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential bottlenecks or issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and integration technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team.
  • Train and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of integration solutions before deployment.


Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Salesforce Apex Integration and Integration Framework with hands-on experience.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions.
  • Have a solid understanding of system troubleshooting and performance optimization.
  • Showcase knowledge of Life and Annuities Insurance domain as a nice-to-have skill.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Display a commitment to adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  • Demonstrate the ability to create detailed technical documentation for integration processes.
  • Stay proactive in learning new technologies and applying them to improve solutions.
  • Show experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
  • Possess a strong analytical mindset to identify and resolve system issues effectively.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality integration solutions within deadlines.
  • Exhibit adaptability to work in a hybrid model and manage day shift responsibilities efficiently.
  • Maintain a focus on delivering solutions that align with organizational goals and benefit society.


Certifications Required

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II Integration Architecture Designer Certification
