Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Guidewire - PolicyCenter BillingCenter and ClaimCenter. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Guidewire PolicyCenter BillingCenter and ClaimCenter applications.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for Guidewire applications to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Guidewire applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Guidewire applications in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize application performance.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on Guidewire applications and best practices.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Participate in project planning and management activities to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Guidewire technology.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all activities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems to enhance efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter BillingCenter and ClaimCenter.
  • Should possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must have a good understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
  • Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Certifications Required

Guidewire Certified Professional Property & Casualty Insurance Certification is a plus.
