Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Consultant with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Workday Reporting and Analytics as well as Workday HCM and Payroll. A background in Finance and Accounting is advantageous. This hybrid role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with no travel necessary.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Workday Reporting and Analytics solutions to enhance business processes and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for Workday HCM.
- Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices to optimize system performance and user experience.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday applications in a timely manner.
- Facilitate training sessions for end-users to maximize the effective use of Workday tools.
- Monitor system updates and enhancements ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
- Support the finance and accounting teams by providing insights through Workday analytics.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest Workday features and industry trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Ensure alignment of Workday solutions with organizational goals and objectives.
- Participate in project planning and execution to deliver high-quality Workday solutions. Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in Workday Reporting and Analytics with a strong understanding of its functionalities.
- Possess hands-on experience with Workday HCM showcasing the ability to manage and configure the system effectively.
- Exhibit knowledge in Finance and Accounting aiding in the integration of financial processes within Workday.
- Showcase excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
- Display strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
