We are seeking an experienced Architect with 6 to 8 years of expertise in Workday Integrations to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role requires a professional who can effectively design and implement integration solutions ensuring seamless connectivity across various systems. The ideal candidate will contribute to enhancing our companys operational efficiency and drive impactful solutions that align with our strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Workday integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow across various systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain integration interfaces using Workday Studio EIB and other relevant tools.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting thorough testing and validation of integration processes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration-related issues ensuring timely resolution.
- Optimize existing integration processes to enhance performance and reduce operational costs.
- Document integration processes and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday features and integration best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of integration solutions with business objectives.
- Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of Workday integration processes.
- Monitor integration performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Participate in project planning and provide technical insights to support decision-making processes.
- Contribute to the development of integration strategies that align with the companys long-term vision.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of Workday integration tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Workday Studio EIB and other relevant integration technologies.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Have a proven track record of successful Workday integration projects.
