We are seeking an experienced Architect with 6 to 8 years of expertise in Workday Integrations to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role requires a professional who can effectively design and implement integration solutions ensuring seamless connectivity across various systems. Responsibilities
- Design and implement Workday integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow across various systems.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting thorough testing and validation of integration processes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration-related issues ensuring timely resolution.
- Optimize existing integration processes to enhance performance and reduce operational costs.
- Document integration processes and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday features and integration best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of integration solutions with business objectives.
- Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of Workday integration processes.
- Monitor integration performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Participate in project planning and provide technical insights to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications
