| Key Responsibilities: | |
| Lead and execute process improvement projects using Six Sigma, Lean, and other continuous improvement methodologies. | |
| Identify and implement automation opportunities using RPA, low-code/no-code platforms, and AI-based solutions. | |
| Drive AI and Generative AI (Gen AI) initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, including use cases such as summarization, transcript analysis, and intelligent automation. | |
| Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, track performance, and ensure delivery of quantifiable savings. | |
| Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and standardization. | |
| Mentor and coach junior team members to build internal capabilities in process excellence. | |
| Engage with business and technology stakeholders to align process transformation goals with strategic objectives. | |

| Required Skills & Qualifications: | |
| Experience in process excellence, operations transformation, or related domains. | |
| Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent. | |
| Demonstrated success in delivering high-impact projects with measurable cost or efficiency gains. | |
| Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate). | |
| Exposure to AI and Gen AI technologies, including practical applications in business operations. | |
| Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. | |
| Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple priorities. | |
| Excellent communication and presentation skills. | |

| Experience in global process deployments and managing cross-functional teams. | |
| Familiarity with AI governance, model assurance, and responsible AI practices. | |
