About the role
As a Workday HCM Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Workday Human Capital Management system. You will be a valued member of the EPS team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform supports strategic workforce planning, complies with HR policies, and delivers a seamless user experience across global teams.
In this role, you will:
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, and Talent Management.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to design scalable HCM solutions.
- Implement new Workday features and enhancements across global teams.
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and data integrity through audits and reconciliations.
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
- Stay current with Workday releases and industry best practices.
Work model

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 1 day a week in a client or Cognizant office in Buenos Aires, Argentina. What you need to have to be considered
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday HCM implementations or AMS support.
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration and implementation.
- Proficiency in EIBs, calculated fields, business process frameworks, and security roles.
- Experience with AMS support, ticket resolution, and post-Go-Live enhancements.
Strong understanding of HR processes and policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Advanced (C1/C2) English proficiency.
