As a Portfolio Delivery Lead, you will make an impact by owning the overall P&L and delivery performance of a large SAP portfolio, driving business growth, operational excellence, and successful execution of complex programs. You will be a valued member of the SAP leadership team and work collaboratively with market delivery, commercial teams, service lines, and senior stakeholders across the organization.
- Own and manage the P&L for the assigned portfolio, ensuring achievement of top-line and bottom-line targets through strong delivery governance and financial discipline.
- Drive portfolio growth by partnering with market delivery and commercial teams to support opportunity pursuit, solution shaping, contract negotiations, and deal closure.
- Lead and inspire large, multi‑level leadership teams, managing a workforce of 2500+ SAP professionals across programs, engagements, and capabilities.
- Provide executive oversight on complex delivery challenges, including solution design, cost optimization, risk management, escalations, and operational performance.
- Guide program and engagement leaders to execute optimized delivery plans, ensuring projects meet cost, schedule, quality, and financial objectives at portfolio level.
Consistently demonstrate the Cognizant Way to Lead, operating with strong personal leadership, enterprise mindset, accountability, financial acumen, and a focus on results.
- Engineering graduate with a Master’s degree preferred, with 25+ years of experience in SAP program and portfolio delivery, including senior leadership roles.
- Extensive expertise in end‑to‑end SAP solutions, system landscapes, architecture, and business process transformation across industries.
- Proven ability to understand business models and translate them into solution roadmaps aligned to organizational strategy and financial goals.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, presentation, negotiation, and sales acumen skills.
- Demonstrated financial and accounting knowledge to ensure accurate financial management and P&L governance.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering large‑scale SAP portfolios with consistent financial and operational performance.
SAP certification(s) with strong knowledge of SAP solution offerings, RISE, private cloud, and evolving deployment models.
