Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Consultant with 6 to 8 years of experience in Workday Reporting & Analytics Workday Cloud HCM Absence Management and Workday HCM. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during the day shift focusing on optimizing HR processes and enhancing data-driven decision-making. Experience in Devices/SPM and Finance & Accounting is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Workday HCM solutions to enhance HR processes and efficiency.
- Oversee the development and execution of Workday Reporting & Analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide expert guidance on Workday Cloud HCM Absence Management to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system requirements and improvements.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all Workday implementations.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to empower end-users with Workday tools and capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
- Support the finance and accounting teams by integrating Workday solutions with existing financial systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine system features and functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday updates and trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of technology. Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Workday Reporting & Analytics and Workday Cloud HCM Absence Management.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Workday HCM with a focus on optimizing HR processes.
- Experience in Devices/SPM and Finance & Accounting is highly desirable.
- Exhibit excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Showcase strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
