ServiceNow Pre‑Sales Executive – Business Development
Experience: 5–15 years
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Pre‑Sales & Executive to join our ServiceNow Business Group. This role involves working closely with sales, bid, and account teams to design impactful ServiceNow solutions and support end-to-end presales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with sales/account teams to understand client needs and design tailored ServiceNow solutions
- Lead RFP/RFI responses with strong technical inputs and solution documentation
- Support bid teams in creating technical proposals aligned with customer requirements
- Conduct workshops, demos, and presentations for clients
- Stay updated on ServiceNow products, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Deliver compelling demos that showcase how ServiceNow solves real business challenges
Technical Skills
- 3–5+ years of ServiceNow presales experience
- Strong knowledge of modules: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, CSM, etc.
- Experience in creating presentations, proposals, and POCs
- Ability to design and document end-to-end solutions
- Understanding of cloud and integration concepts
- Preferred certifications:
- ServiceNow System Administrator
- ITIL V3/4
- CIS (any module)
