About the role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer (Java - Node.JS) in Brazil, you will make an impact by designing and implementing robust backend solutions that power critical applications within the Asset and Wealth Management domain. You will be a valued member of our technology team, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance systems.


In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Java 11, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs to enable seamless integration across applications.
  • Optimize database operations leveraging SQL Server and PL/SQL for efficient data handling.
  • Collaborate with front-end teams to integrate Angular 11+ and Node.js components for dynamic user experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices while driving continuous improvement.

Work model

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring regular presence in our Sao Paulo office.


What you need to have to be considered

  • 10–12 years of experience in backend development and service delivery.
  • Strong proficiency in Java 11, Core Java, and Spring Boot.
  • Hands-on experience with Microservices, REST Web Services, and SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with Angular (versions 8+) and Node.js for integration purposes.
  • Domain expertise in Asset and Wealth Management.
  • Advanced English is mandatory.

  • Experience with PL/SQL for advanced database operations.
  • Knowledge of Spring Core and modern architectural patterns.
  • Ability to lead service delivery processes and mentor team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
