Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Policy Servicing Executive where you will play a crucial role in managing policy-related tasks with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Manage policy servicing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to create update and maintain policy records enhancing data integrity and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with team members to address policy-related inquiries providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
  • Support the claims processing team by providing necessary policy information facilitating smooth and efficient operations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements contributing to increased efficiency and service quality.
  • Participate in rotational shifts adapting to varying schedules to meet business needs and maintain service continuity.
  • Engage in regular training sessions to stay updated with industry trends and enhance your technical skills.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams ensuring clarity and understanding in all interactions.
  • Contribute to the companys mission by delivering high-quality policy servicing impacting customer satisfaction positively.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information adhering to company policies and regulations.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process enhancements supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrate adaptability in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office tasks efficiently.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment promoting teamwork and shared goals. Qualifications
  • Possess strong proficiency in MS Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint to manage policy documentation effectively.
  • Have a basic understanding of auto claims processes which is beneficial for supporting related tasks.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills both verbal and written to interact with clients and team members professionally.
  • Show a keen eye for detail ensuring accuracy in all policy servicing activities.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and processes.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills enabling effective resolution of policy-related issues.
  • Maintain a customer-centric mindset prioritizing client satisfaction in all interactions.


Certifications Required

Microsoft Office Specialist Certification is recommended for proficiency in MS Office tools.
