Responsibilities

- Utilize MS Office tools to create update and maintain policy records enhancing data integrity and accessibility.
- Collaborate with team members to address policy-related inquiries providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
- Support the claims processing team by providing necessary policy information facilitating smooth and efficient operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements contributing to increased efficiency and service quality.
- Participate in rotational shifts adapting to varying schedules to meet business needs and maintain service continuity.
- Engage in regular training sessions to stay updated with industry trends and enhance your technical skills.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams ensuring clarity and understanding in all interactions.
- Contribute to the companys mission by delivering high-quality policy servicing impacting customer satisfaction positively.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information adhering to company policies and regulations.

- Possess strong proficiency in MS Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint to manage policy documentation effectively.
- Have a basic understanding of auto claims processes which is beneficial for supporting related tasks.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills both verbal and written to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- Show a keen eye for detail ensuring accuracy in all policy servicing activities.
- Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and processes.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills enabling effective resolution of policy-related issues.
- Maintain a customer-centric mindset prioritizing client satisfaction in all interactions.
Certifications Required
Microsoft Office Specialist Certification is recommended for proficiency in MS Office tools.
