Notice Period: Immediate or Serving NP within 60 days

Shift: Rotational (Hybrid 3 days - work from office)

1. The Technical Service Manager is responsible for the operational delivery of the Supplier’s service to Novartis. The TSM manages the Supplier’s resources to achieve the required service performance measures, reporting and governance etc. and is the single point of contact for communication and escalations.

2. More than 8 years of Business / IT experience inc. ITIL, with 2-3yrs Network (or) Security technologies experience.

3. Demonstrated leadership skills, >5 years proven management experience within a matrix organization.

4. Proven track record in managing complex teams across different vendors

5. In-depth expertise in one or more IT disciplines and broad knowledge of other disciplines of IT with Network (or) Security technologies experience

6. In-depth understanding of business processes and the interrelationships with IT processes.

7. More than 5 years of experience in Service Management of a global or regional service portfolio in similar areas as above, across geographies and business areas.

8. Experience in negotiating agreements with corporate suppliers in close co-operation with the sourcing function.

9. Track record in delivering multinational projects on time, quality and budget

10. Excellent Communication Skills.

11. Proven capability to manage an organization with direct and indirect reporting lines in a matrix set-up.

12. Entrepreneurial behaviour and good financial skills.

13. Capability to think strategically and proven ability to set, develop and execute the service delivery strategy for the service portfolio.
