Senior Process Executive (SPE) – Policy Servicing
Location: Chennai, Noida (Work from Office)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Process Executive to support end‑to‑end policy servicing for global insurance customers, ensuring accuracy, quality, and SLA adherence.
Key Responsibilities
Process policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements
Review service requests and source documents for accuracy and compliance
Update policy data in core systems; maintain trackers using MS Excel/Word
Meet SLAs/TATs and support queue management during night shifts
Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with controls and regulations
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handovers and query resolution
Eligibility
2–6 years of experience in insurance or back‑office operations
Strong English communication and MS Office skills
P&C insurance exposure preferred
Willingness to work from office in night shifts
