This hybrid role offers rotational shifts providing flexibility and exposure to diverse tasks in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process insurance policies with precision to ensure client satisfaction and compliance.
- Utilize MS Office tools to maintain accurate records and streamline policy servicing operations.
- Collaborate with team members to address policy-related inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
- Analyze policy data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
- Communicate effectively with clients to clarify policy details and address concerns.
- Support the team in achieving operational targets and enhancing service delivery.
- Adapt to rotational shifts to ensure coverage and maintain service quality.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize policy servicing workflows.
- Engage in training sessions to enhance knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for policy audits and reviews.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless policy management.
- Monitor policy servicing metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for enhancing client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications to manage policy data effectively.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills to identify and resolve policy discrepancies.
- Possess excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Show adaptability to rotational shifts and hybrid work model.
- Display knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance as a nice-to-have domain skill.
- Present a proactive approach to learning and process improvements.
- Maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy servicing tasks.
