About the Role

As part of the Service Delivery team in the CMT vertical at Cognizant you will be supporting a major cloud service provider's sales organization. We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager to manage the planning, coordination, and execution of strategies in Cloud Space. This role requires working 5 days from the office and close collaboration with sales leaders, clients, and internal teams to ensure efficient execution and optimal client experiences.

Responsibilities

Technical Evangelist (60-70%):

  • Attend and/or conduct strategy planning call(s) with account teams to identify relevant in-room or Demo Gallery demos for all Cloud Space | London executive engagements

  • Work with the Cloud Space demo team, other Cloud Space sites, the CE organization and other key internal teams to ensure relevant, up-to-date and innovate technology is being showcased in the Cloud Space | London Demo Gallery

  • Develop and deliver engaging narratives based on prewritten scripts and filling in supplementary, customer-specific information for the Demo Gallery that showcase the value of Google Cloud solutions and provide high-impact demo experiences for all Cloud Space | London customer engagements.

  • Facilitate innovation workshops (e.g. half day / one day workshops) based on pre-built framework when requested as part of an executive engagement, to identify potential customer use cases

  • Deliver demos of Google hardware (incl. Project Starline) to customers as / when requested

  • Optional: deliver the Culture of Innovation talk track as when requested.

Core/Scaled PgM (30-40%):

  • Conduct initial planning call to understand Google client and sales team needs;

  • Develop agendas based on Google client use cases and customer needs, using documentation provided by Cloud Space team;

  • Gather required logistical information from Google sales teams (e.g. dietary restrictions, headcount, room setup needs) and communicate to the appropriate site teams;

  • Source and align an appropriate speaker to each agenda topic.

  • Conduct speaker preparation calls and know before you go calls to ensure speakers and sales teams are aligned and ready for the engagement. Confirm that each speaker has relevant talking points and content ready to go

  • Update agendas in Cloud Space tool to ensure sessions are properly tracked; and

  • Leverage templates to create and share meeting slide content (e.g. meeting slide deck) using templates.

  • Ensure smooth execution during client engagements;

  • Send post-event surveys and document insights shared by account teams

  • Track and report performance metrics;

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure engagement success, from on-site teams for day-of experience (catering, reception, events, AV, demos) to product/technical teams for session content;

  • Complete necessary trainings if processes are updated or new product training is required

Minimum Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience in Program management or Program Coordinator from SaaS/IaaS/PaaS domain

  • Experience in strategic planning and execution of cloud/software products

  • Excellent planning and organizing skills.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including comfort presenting to executive and C-level audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts.

  • Experience delivering presentations or demonstrations.
