As a Trainer you will make an impact by develop and manage the training program for all new and existing employees, providing advanced support for continuous learning.. You will be a valued member of the Brazil IOA CX Multi Channel Helpdesk team and work collaboratively with Partner with Quality, WFM and Client stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts during business requirements; Work from Office

In this role, you will:

Align weekly product and skills training plans with the stakeholders to ensure the training agenda supports business goals.

Manage the comprehensive onboarding process for all new hires, serving as a direct point of contact and ensuring they are prepared for their tasks.

Coordinate all training sessions, calibrations, mock calls, and final graduation assessments.

Lead ongoing team training, upskilling initiatives, floor support, and SOP updates.

Develop quarterly training materials, including one-pagers, call simulations, educational content, SOPs, and workshops.

Present training and knowledge-related action plans during Business Reviews.

Serve as a SME across various domains, particularly in agency-related areas, providing expert-level support when not in a training capacity.

Work model: onsite

What you need to have to be considered

Excellent written and verbal fluency in English, at an advanced level.

Ability to teach and mentor on effective products and techniques.

Strong organizational skills and focus on achieving training results.

Ability to provide constructive feedback.

Experience in a role dedicated to training.

Strong time management skills.

Previous experience with any mobile application is a plus.
