Job Summary
We are looking for a Manual Quality Assurance Engineer to join our fast growing Delivery Team. You will help test automation agents and workflows across customer environments support quality for artificial intelligence and non artificial intelligence agents guide clients during test sessions provide Level 1 support and ensure high quality delivery in a fast moving and varied environment.
Responsibilities
Your day to day responsibilities
Perform manual testing of automation agents and end to end workflows
Review functional requirements and create clear structured test cases
Execute test sessions directly with customers assisting them during validation
Provide Level 1 support identifying issues answering questions and escalating appropriately
Identify document and track defects with precise reproduction details
Support regression testing and validation before go live
Collaborate closely with developers business analysts and product teams
Contribute to continuous quality improvement across the Delivery practice

You maintain outstanding standards in documentation clarity of communication and defect reporting
Customers feel supported well guided and confident during test sessions
What makes you a great fit
Must haves
Excellent English C1 plus with exceptional written and verbal communication
Prior experience as a Manual Quality Assurance professional in an Agile environment
Strong understanding of Quality Assurance methodologies test case design and defect management
Ability to work independently and take ownership of testing deliverables
High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
Comfortable interacting directly with customers in testing and support contexts
Nice to haves
Experience testing browser based workflows
Familiarity with automation concepts robotic process automation or scripting
Understanding of REST application programming interfaces or system integrations
Interest in artificial intelligence agents and prompt engineering
Exposure to continuous testing or continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines
