About the role
As an IT Application Support Analyst for WMS/TMS, you will make an impact by ensuring the stability, continuity, and effective operation of logistics applications that support warehouse and transportation operations. You will be a valued member of the IT Support team and collaborate closely with operations, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and enhance system performance.
In this role, you will:
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for key WMS and TMS applications used in logistics operations
• Analyze incidents, perform root-cause assessments, and execute timely resolutions to reduce operational downtime
• Manage tickets through tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Aranda, or similar platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate new functionalities and participate in UAT cycles
• Monitor application performance, track recurring issues, and recommend continuous improvement opportunities
Work model
Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an onsite position located in Bogota, Colombia. You will be required to work at the Terminales Logísticos de Colombia site on the Bogotá–Tenjo route. We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible and support work-life balance through our wellbeing programs.

What you must have to be considered
• Technical degree, technologist, or bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, IT, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields
• 2 to 4 years of experience in IT application support or functional/technical support roles
• Hands-on experience supporting WMS in production environments
• Functional or technical exposure to TMS platforms
• Experience working with incident and request management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Aranda, or similar)
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills for troubleshooting and data analysis
• Knowledge of ITIL-based incident, problem, and request management processes
These will help you stand out
• Additional ITIL or service management training
• Experience using monitoring and diagnostic tools
• Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience using knowledge-management and documentation tools such as SharePoint or Confluence
• Intermediate to advanced English; Portuguese is desirable
