Job Summary
The SME-Policy Servicing role is pivotal in ensuring efficient policy management within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain. With a hybrid work model and day shifts the candidate will leverage their expertise in MS Office to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction. This position requires 3 to 5 years of experience in the insurance sector focusing on policy servicing.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee policy servicing operations to ensure smooth and efficient processing of life and annuities insurance policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize policy management workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize MS Office tools to analyze data generate reports and support decision-making processes.
- Provide expert guidance on policy servicing matters ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention in the insurance domain.
- Monitor and evaluate policy servicing metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve complex policy servicing issues and ensure timely resolution.

Certifications Required
Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) or equivalent certification in insurance policy servicing.
