Job Summary

The SME-Policy Servicing role is pivotal in ensuring efficient policy management within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain. With a hybrid work model and day shifts the candidate will leverage their expertise in MS Office to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction. This position requires 3 to 5 years of experience in the insurance sector focusing on policy servicing.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee policy servicing operations to ensure smooth and efficient processing of life and annuities insurance policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize policy management workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to analyze data generate reports and support decision-making processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on policy servicing matters ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention in the insurance domain.
  • Monitor and evaluate policy servicing metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve complex policy servicing issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of policy servicing procedures and best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits of policy servicing activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Support the development of new policy servicing initiatives that align with the companys strategic goals.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and advancements in policy servicing.
  • Contribute to the creation of a collaborative and innovative work environment that fosters growth and development.
  • Ensure all policy servicing activities are conducted in a manner that upholds the companys values and commitment to excellence. Qualifications
  • Possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office to effectively manage policy servicing tasks.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of life and annuities insurance with a focus on policy management and servicing.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Show a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing industry dynamics.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
  • Display a customer-centric mindset prioritizing customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance sector specializing in policy servicing.


Certifications Required

Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) or equivalent certification in insurance policy servicing.
