Join our dynamic team as a TM-Policy Servicing specialist where you will leverage your expertise in insurance products and customer service to enhance our policy administration processes. With a focus on auto policy admin and property & casualty insurance you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities
- Oversee the policy servicing operations to ensure efficient and accurate processing of insurance policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline policy administration workflows and improve service delivery.
- Provide expert guidance on insurance products focusing on auto policy admin and property & casualty insurance.
- Analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Implement best practices in policy servicing to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their knowledge of insurance products and customer service techniques.
- Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and optimize policy servicing processes.
- Coordinate with IT teams to integrate technology solutions that support policy administration and customer service.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the hybrid work model ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members.
- Manage rotational shifts effectively to maintain consistent service levels and meet client expectations.
- Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering high-quality policy servicing that positively impacts society. Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of insurance products particularly in auto policy admin and property & casualty insurance.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Have experience in policy administration and a track record of improving service delivery.
- Show proficiency in data analytics and the ability to leverage insights for strategic decision-making.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to foster collaboration and build client relationships.
- Be adaptable to rotational shifts and hybrid work environments ensuring flexibility and productivity.
- Display knowledge of industry regulations and the ability to ensure compliance in policy servicing operations.
