Job Summary
The EndUser Computing (EUC) Engineer will manage support and optimize enduser devices and workplace technology across Windows laptops desktops Mac devices mobile platforms (iOS Android) and tablets ensuring a secure stable and highperformance user experience.
Responsibilities
Deploy configure and manage Windows laptops or desktops MacBook (Air or Pro) iPhones iPads and rugged tablets.
Provide L2 or L3 support for enduser systems including OS troubleshooting performance tuning and application support.
Manage device onboarding or offboarding imaging provisioning and lifecycle management.
Apply and maintain security configurations patches compliance profiles and endpoint protection controls.
Coordinate with identity and access teams for AD or Azure AD authentication SSO and conditional access policies.
Support remote users mobility workflows VPN connectivity collaboration tools and cloudbased productivity apps.
Work closely with Service Desk Infra and Security teams to resolve escalated incidents.
Maintain documentation SOPs and knowledge base articles for EUC operations.
Experience supporting Windows Mac and Mobile (iOS or Android) environments in enterprise ecosystems.
Background handling EUC devices across multiple form factors as referenced in the SO demand (Windows laptops or desktops MacBook iPhones tablets).
Experience in incident resolution device configuration endpoint hardening and enterprise mobility support.
Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident or Change or Problem).
Strong handson knowledge of Windows OS macOS iOS Android.
Proficiency with endpoint management tools (e.g. Intune SCCM JAMF Workspace One) depending on enterprise setup.
Expertise in
Device imaging or provisioning
Patch management
Application deployment
BitLocker or FileVault encryption
VPN or remote access troubleshooting
Printer network and profile issues
Comfortable supporting collaboration tools (Teams Outlook M365) and ensuring productivity app readiness.
Understanding of device compliance identity integrations (AD or Azure AD) and security baselines.
Strong communication and customerservice orientation for supporting global business users.
Analytical and troubleshooting mindset with ability to work under pressure.
Ability to handle multiple priorities document solutions and follow operational standards.
Teamoriented proactive and able to collaborate with crossfunctional technical groups
