- Demonstrate strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building.
- Possess domain expertise in insurance particularly in Property & Casualty Insurance to enhance claims assessment accuracy.
- Exhibit excellent analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in claims processes.
- Show proficiency in utilizing technology to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
- Display effective communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders professionally.
- Demonstrate adaptability to rotational shifts and hybrid work model ensuring flexibility in handling diverse challenges.
- Possess a proactive approach to learning and skill development contributing to team growth and success.
Certifications Required
Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) or equivalent certification in insurance domain.
