Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a PE-Ins Claims specialist where youll play a crucial role in managing insurance claims efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Implement best practices in claims management to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at improving claims operations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment in claims handling.
  • Monitor and report on claims performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all claims activities.
  • Leverage technology to automate routine tasks and enhance claims processing capabilities.
  • Contribute to the companys mission by delivering high-quality claims services that positively impact society. Qualifications
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building.
  • Possess domain expertise in insurance particularly in Property & Casualty Insurance to enhance claims assessment accuracy.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in claims processes.
  • Show proficiency in utilizing technology to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
  • Display effective communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders professionally.
  • Demonstrate adaptability to rotational shifts and hybrid work model ensuring flexibility in handling diverse challenges.
  • Possess a proactive approach to learning and skill development contributing to team growth and success.


Certifications Required

Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) or equivalent certification in insurance domain.
