Key Responsibilities
Test Program Leadership
- Own and drive the end‑to‑end test strategy and execution across multiple transformation workstreams
- Establish quality governance frameworks aligned with release plans and milestones
- Lead large, distributed QA teams and manage multiple vendor partners
- Ensure delivery against fixed‑bid / outcome‑based contracts (scope, cost, timelines, quality)
- Drive cost optimization, productivity improvement, and margin protection
- Manage testing budgets, forecasting, and resource utilization
- Govern scope, change control, and risk mitigation
Demand Management & Resource Planning
- Manage testing demand across releases and workstreams
- Lead capacity planning, resource forecasting, and skill‑based allocation
- Align resource scheduling with release cycles and delivery milestones
- Address demand‑supply gaps and lead ramp‑up and skill transformation initiatives
AI‑First Quality Engineering
- Drive adoption of AI‑enabled testing and intelligent automation
- Define and execute the AI roadmap for Quality Engineering
- Build a highly automated ecosystem across functional and non‑functional testing
- Promote shift‑left and shift‑right testing practices
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Act as the primary QA leader for senior client stakeholders
- Provide strategic guidance on quality transformation initiatives
- Lead quality reviews, defect governance forums, and release readiness discussions
- Deliver executive dashboards and actionable quality insights
Risk & Quality Management
- Proactively identify risks and implement defect‑prevention mechanisms
- Use predictive quality metrics and AI‑driven analytics
- Ensure strong governance across the entire testing lifecycle
Required Skills & Experience
- 18+ years in Quality Engineering & Testing
- 8+ years leading large transformation programs
- Strong telecom domain experience
- Proven leadership managing 100+ member distributed QA teams
- Experience with fixed‑bid / outcome‑based delivery models
- Expertise in AI‑driven testing and modern QA practices
- Strong program governance and senior stakeholder management
- Experience managing multi‑vendor ecosystems
- Deep expertise in demand management, capacity planning, and workforce scheduling
- Strong Agile delivery background
