Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Dallas, Texas (Hybrid) 4 days per week.
Responsibilities:
Candidates should have 5+ years of strong SFDC hands-on development experience and expertise in designing, developing, and implementing secure and scalable critical business solutions in Salesforce CRM. Work with technical managers, architects, and business stakeholders in gathering requirements and driving the team to implement the technical solutions
• Strong hands-on experience in writing Apex programming, LWC, Lightning component, Apex, Flows, Security, Sales Cloud, and APIs.
• Design, build, and optimize Einstein Bots to deliver personalized, AI-driven customer interactions.
• Integrate Agentforce capabilities to enhance agent productivity and streamline case resolution.
• Architect and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to unify and activate customer data across channels.
• Develop custom components using the Salesforce Lightning Framework for intuitive, high-performance user experiences.
• Automate complex business processes with Flows and advanced declarative tools.
• Build and maintain robust API integrations with external systems for real-time data exchange.
• Leverage Salesforce DX for source-driven development, version control, and collaborative workflows.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for smooth, reliable deployments across environments.
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions with a focus on AI and automation.
• Hands-on expertise with Einstein Bots, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.
• Deep understanding of Flows, API development, and integration patterns.
• Solid experience with Salesforce DX, Git-based workflows, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Strong skills in unit testing frameworks (Apex test classes, Jest for LWC) and debugging tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 80,000– $ 130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
