Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Administrator with 4 to 6 years of experience in SAP PP-Production campaign SAP PP-Demand Management and SAP PP-PI. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on optimizing production processes and demand management. Experience in Cheminformatics or Bioinformatics is a plus. This role does not require travel and operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of SAP PP-Production campaign to enhance production efficiency and output.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP PP-Demand Management processes.
- Provide technical expertise in SAP PP-PI to streamline production planning and execution.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align production strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP processes to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of SAP functionalities.
- Support the development of new features and enhancements in SAP systems to meet evolving business needs.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within SAP systems to support informed decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve demand forecasting and inventory management.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system upgrades and patches as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and SAP advancements to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in SAP PP-Production campaign SAP PP-Demand Management and SAP PP-PI.
- Demonstrate experience in Cheminformatics or Bioinformatics is advantageous.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Show proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system issues.
