Role Overview
The Program Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of an SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) implementation, ensuring successful programme governance, stakeholder alignment, and seamless execution across business and technology teams. This role requires strong programme leadership, deep understanding of SAP BRIM capabilities, and the ability to drive complex transformation initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Delivery & Governance
- Lead the overall SAP BRIM programme, covering planning, scope definition, roadmap creation, and delivery oversight.
- Establish robust governance frameworks, including status reporting, RAID management, steering committee updates, and programme controls.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Billing, Finance, IT, Integration, Data, and Testing to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid or Waterfall as applicable).
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with senior business sponsors, technology leads, and third‑party vendors.
- Facilitate executive‑level discussions, manage expectations, and ensure alignment on programme objectives, milestones, and dependencies.
- Act as the primary escalation point for programme risks, issues, and change requests.
SAP BRIM Implementation Leadership
- Oversee core SAP BRIM workstreams such as Subscription Order Management, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, FICA, and integration with CRM/ERP landscapes.
- Collaborate with solution architects to validate functional and technical design decisions.
- Ensure the BRIM solution meets business requirements across revenue management, pricing, billing, and payment processes.
Planning & Execution
- Drive integrated programme plans covering design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, and post‑go‑live support.
- Monitor progress against baselines and proactively manage interdependencies and bottlenecks.
- Lead preparation for go‑live readiness, business adoption, and operational handover.
Team Leadership
- Guide multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Ensure clear communication, aligned priorities, and a strong delivery culture.
Key Skills & Experience
Essential
- Proven experience managing large‑scale SAP BRIM implementations in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive‑level communication skills.
- Solid understanding of BRIM components: SOM, CC, CI, FICA, and related integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑vendor delivery and offshore/onshore teams.
- Expertise in programme planning, risk management, governance, and financial management.
Desirable
- Experience in subscription, usage‑based, or digital revenue models.
- Background in consulting or leading transformation programmes.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Finance, and payment solutions.
- Certification in PMP, SAFe, Agile, or similar frameworks.
