Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional with 3 to 7 years of experience in Compliance Management to join our Risk Legal & Compliance team. The role involves ensuring adherence to regulatory standards managing compliance frameworks and contributing to service assurance initiatives. This is a work-from-office role with day shifts and no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by implementing and maintaining effective compliance management frameworks.
  • Monitor and evaluate compliance risks providing timely recommendations to mitigate potential issues.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance-related challenges and ensure seamless integration of compliance practices.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance awareness of compliance standards across the organization.
  • Prepare detailed compliance reports and present findings to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
  • Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures to strengthen the organizations compliance posture.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively address emerging compliance requirements.
  • Provide guidance on compliance matters to ensure alignment with organizational goals and legal obligations.
  • Contribute to service assurance initiatives by identifying and addressing compliance-related gaps in service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Risk Legal & Compliance team to develop strategies that enhance the organizations reputation and operational efficiency.
  • Utilize analytical tools and techniques to assess compliance data and derive actionable insights.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate expertise in compliance management including experience with regulatory frameworks and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Possess strong analytical skills to evaluate compliance risks and develop effective solutions.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to deliver training and present compliance findings to stakeholders.
  • Showcase the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address compliance challenges.
  • Have a good understanding of service assurance principles and their application in compliance management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure proactive compliance measures.


Certifications Required

Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) ISO 19600 Compliance Management Certification
