Salesforce CPQ/Conga Developer

About the role As a Salesforce CPQ/Conga Developer, you will design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade CPQ and revenue lifecycle solutions across Conga/Apttus CPQ and Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud. You will blend configuration, customization, integration, and performance tuning to support quoting, pricing, discounting, approvals, and contract processes at scale.

In this role, you will:

  • Configure product catalog, bundles, options, attributes, pricing rules, discounting models, promotions, approval workflows, and guided selling in Conga/Apttus CPQ.
  • Build custom logic using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and/or C# where configuration is insufficient.
  • Integrate CPQ with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, ERP, Billing, CLM, external pricing/tax engines (e.g., Avalara), and e‑signature tools (DocuSign/Adobe Sign) via REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, or middleware.
  • Drive testing and releases (unit, SIT, UAT), manage CI/CD (Jenkins, Git, Copado, Gearset), and deliver production support within SLAs.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and training materials.

Work model: We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Dallas, TX. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work‑life balance through our wellbeing programs.

• Integrate CPQ with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, ERP, Billing, CLM, and external pricing/tax engines (e.g., Avalara).

• Support integrations with e-signature tools like Docusign or Adobe Sign.
