About the Role
As Associate Partner, Life Sciences Consulting, CRM Transformation, you will lead strategic CRM transformation initiatives for top pharmaceutical clients, leveraging platforms like Veeva and Salesforce to modernize commercial operations. You’ll be instrumental in shaping Cognizant’s Life Sciences Consulting practice, driving growth, and delivering impactful solutions that enhance customer engagement, data integrity, and operational efficiency in regulated environments.
In this role, you will:
- Lead CRM transformation engagements for pharma clients, focusing on commercial excellence, digital workflows, and AI-driven insights
- Own a portfolio of accounts, drive business development, and ensure profitable growth for the practice
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, guiding strategy and execution across CRM platforms
- Oversee delivery quality, manage multimillion-dollar budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand key accounts and develop tailored solutions
- Shape Cognizant’s CRM advisory offerings by identifying market trends and evolving client needs
- Build and mentor high-performing consulting teams; foster a culture of innovation and excellence
- Represent Cognizant at industry forums, author thought leadership, and contribute to IP development

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position with ability to travel to client sites or Cognizant Offices as needed. . What you must have to be considered
- 15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on CRM transformation
- Proven success in selling and delivering consulting engagements, including pre-sales, client management, and marketing
- Deep expertise in Veeva CRM, Salesforce Cloud, and related platforms
- Experience applying AI/ML to optimize CRM workflows and data quality in regulated environments
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred
- Prior leadership in management consulting or pharma commercial operations
- Track record of meeting financial targets, managing forecasts, and growing consulting practices
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.).

Compensation
This position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
Salary range and benefits will be provided in accordance with state law and Cognizant policy.
