Uipath Platform Admin (ONSITE)
We are seeking a candidate who will serve as the primary owner of our enterprise automation platforms, with responsibility for infrastructure reliability, CI/CD, and overall operational excellence. This role ensures that UiPath, our automation services, and all supporting infrastructure remain secure, stable, scalable, and compliant.
Required Qualifications:-
- Deep hands-on experience with UiPath Automation Cloud / Orchestrator.
- Strong background in cloud platforms, server management, CI/CD, and DevOps.
- Experience with Kubernetes/Docker, monitoring, and enterprise security controls.
- Working knowledge of C#/.NET, Python, and SQL (supporting and reviewing).
- Strong incident management, troubleshooting, and cross-team collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Automation Platform Engineering
- Lead installation, configuration, administration, and optimization of UiPath Automation Cloud and hybrid/on‑prem environments.
- Own Orchestrator, Maestro, Test Suite, Automation Hub, Insights, Agentic AI integrations, and related components.
- Lead platform readiness assessments, capacity planning, and onboarding of new automation workloads.
- Drive platform upgrades, migrations (on‑prem → cloud), patching cycles, and performance tuning.
- Act as Tier‑3 platform support, leading root-cause analysis and permanent remediation for production incidents.
2. Cloud, Infrastructure & Reliability Engineering
- Own server and environment provisioning, configuration, patching, and lifecycle management.
- Design cloud-ready and hybrid infrastructure supporting automation and AI workloads.
- Implement scalability strategies, high availability, DR, and SLA-backed monitoring.
- Deploy and operate containerized services (Docker/Kubernetes where applicable).
- Build observability dashboards (Grafana/Splunk/ELK) for uptime, performance, and capacity metrics.
3. DevOps, CI/CD & SDLC Enablement
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Harness.
- Automate packaging and deployment of UiPath processes, platform services, and internal tools.
- Enforce SDLC standards: branching strategies, automated testing, artifact management, and release governance.
- Integrate pipelines with IAM, secrets management, compliance, and security scanning.
4. Security, Governance & Compliance
- Enforce platform hardening, encryption standards, and least‑privilege access.
- Remediate vulnerabilities (e.g., PRISMA findings) within SLA.
- Ensure audit readiness, logging, identity protection, and operational risk compliance.
5. Overlap & Collaboration
- Review GenAI/AI platform designs for scalability, security, and operability.
- Provide backup support for internal utilities, APIs, and reporting services.
- Mentor engineers on platform reliability, DevOps, and automation best practices.
