Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Architect with 9 to 12 years of expertise in DevOps Maven Spring Boot GIT and Core Java along with a strong background in the Cards and Payments domain. The role involves designing scalable solutions optimizing workflows and ensuring seamless integration in a hybrid work model during day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable and efficient architecture solutions tailored to the Cards and Payments domain ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable plans.
- Develop and maintain robust systems using Core Java Spring Boot and Maven ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Oversee the integration of DevOps practices to streamline development deployment and monitoring processes.
- Manage version control and code repositories using GIT ensuring consistency and traceability across development cycles.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols.
- Optimize workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce development cycle times.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the Cards and Payments domain.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to minimize downtime and ensure seamless user experiences.
- Document architectural designs workflows and processes to maintain transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps Java frameworks and the Cards and Payments industry to drive innovation.
- Ensure all solutions are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Core Java and Spring Boot for developing robust and scalable applications.
- Have hands-on experience with Maven for dependency management and build automation.
- Showcase advanced skills in GIT for version control and collaborative development.
- Exhibit deep knowledge of the Cards and Payments domain including transaction processing and security standards.
- Display excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
