Job Summary
This role involves working as a Senior Associate in Data and Machine Learning Engineering focusing on developing and optimizing advanced analytics solutions. The candidate will leverage their expertise in AP development and domain knowledge in Support Functions and Life and Annuities Insurance to drive impactful results. The position follows a hybrid work model with day shifts and requires proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions using advanced programming techniques to support business objectives in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data patterns and insights that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making processes.
- Design test and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems and improve predictive analytics capabilities.
- Provide technical expertise in AP development to ensure seamless integration of analytics tools and systems within existing workflows.
- Optimize data pipelines and workflows to ensure high performance and scalability of analytics solutions.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improving support functions within the organization.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust validation and monitoring processes.
- Document technical processes and solutions to maintain transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.
- Support the development of dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and methodologies in data engineering and machine learning to continuously enhance solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on data engineering best practices and machine learning techniques.
- Monitor and troubleshoot analytics systems to ensure optimal performance and address any issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in AP development with hands-on experience in building and optimizing analytics solutions.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Support Functions and Life and Annuities Insurance domains ensuring relevance in data-driven strategies.
- Exhibit proficiency in designing and deploying machine learning models to address business challenges effectively.
- Showcase advanced skills in data pipeline optimization and workflow management for scalable solutions.
- Have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify trends and opportunities in complex datasets.
- Display strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain a proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrate proficiency in English for reading writing and speaking to ensure clear communication and documentation.
- Possess a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience in data engineering and machine learning.
- Exhibit a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals and societal impact.
- Show capability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site collaboration effectively.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project objectives.
