This role requires a skilled Business Analyst with +6 years of experience specializing in ServiceNow ITSM and ITAM. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs optimize workflows and drive impactful solutions.

Qualifications
• • Demonstrate expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and ITAM with hands-on experience in configuration and customization.
• Possess strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Showcase excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Exhibit proficiency in creating detailed documentation and functional specifications.
• Have a proven track record of delivering successful ServiceNow implementations within hybrid work environments.
• Display knowledge of ITIL processes and their application within ServiceNow modules.
• Bring experience in user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
• Show capability in identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies during project lifecycles.
• Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST
Hybrid role in: CDMX, Guadalajara, Monterrey or Queretaro


Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow ITSM ITOM and ITAM solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct workshops and meetings to identify pain points and opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide detailed analysis and recommendations to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of ServiceNow modules.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes workflows and system configurations.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and provide support during deployment phases.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards in all solutions delivered.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption and utilization of ServiceNow tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
• Continuously research and recommend new features and functionalities to enhance ServiceNow capabilities.
