- Translating complex system and process changes into clear, supplier-friendly messaging
- Leading supplier onboarding and enablement across large, diverse vendor populations
- Designing and executing wave-based rollout plans with strong governance and tracking
- Driving adoption of new technology platforms (e.g., VMS, ERP, procurement tools)
- Managing multiple stakeholders across HR, Procurement, IT, and external partners
- Identifying friction points in supplier processes and proactively resolving them
- Facilitating workshops, training sessions, and readiness reviews with confidence
- Using data and KPIs to monitor onboarding progress and escalate risks early
- Balancing structure and flexibility in a fast-paced transformation environment
- Communicating with clarity, credibility, and empathy—especially when change is involved
- 5+ years’ experience in supplier enablement, vendor management, procurement transformation, or VMS/ERP implementation
- Experience supporting system rollouts or large-scale change initiatives across multiple geographies
- Strong understanding of contingent workforce or services procurement processes
- Hands-on experience working with VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, SAP, Coupa, Ariba, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage supplier onboarding, compliance validation, and integration activities
- Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and cross-functional global teams
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating training and enablement materials
