Role Summary
As a Test Manager, you will support the organization by analyzing business processes, collecting requirements on e-2-e test scenarios, and recommending solutions to optimize performance and efficiency of the current year end test cycle. This role involves working closely with stakeholders across different departments to ensure the current Testing systems and operational strategies meet business objectives. The role is a combination of process efficiency improvement as well as implementing improvements in the as-is systems across all the client departments. You will work closely with the core test support teams, which is responsible for maintaining test data in the final test layer, and ensure data enablement to the business users. The team works on Agile methodology and the project scope is to improve the frequency of the Testing window from 1 Test cycle/year to multiple.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for understanding as-is system and proposing system enhancements.
2. Analyze and current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, automation, or redesign.
3. Prepare functional specifications, workflows, and technical documents for development teams as needed.
4. Develop and present data-driven reports and recommendations to the business teams working on testing data to improve the test cycle frequency and ensure we present the latest data for their test cases.
5. Lead or facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to explore business needs and priorities.
6. Support the implementation of new frameworks or processes by coordinating with project teams and end users.
7. Track project milestones, deliverables, and outcomes; report on progress to stakeholders.
8. Perform quality assurance and validation of implemented changes.
9. Current state solution is not compliant with GDPR norms due to lack of pseudonymization of the PI fields, you will work on building this feature as well
10. Define and maintain the overall test strategy and delivery plan aligned with the project roadmap.
11. Define entry and exit criteria, test milestones and quality gates for each phase.
12. Manage test environments and align with environment owners for provisioning and refresh.
13. Oversee defect management, triage, and resolution tracking.
Required Experience & Skills
Mandatory
8+ years of experience managing an Agile team as a Test Manager/Product Manager/Product Owner
Strong experience with Stakeholder Management and SAFe Agile based project deliveries
Solid understanding of GDPR, Data privacy, Data pipelines, Test data management.
Experience working in large, enterprise‑scale BI environments with multiple stakeholders and parallel initiatives.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to review, document, and propose improvements to existing BI platforms.
Desirable
Experience supporting platform migration, modernization, or optimization initiatives.
Exposure to cost optimization, platform downscaling, or performance efficiency programs.
Familiarity with test data platform landscapes and modern SQL/BI technologies.
Experience working in regulated industries (banking, financial services, or similar).

Capable of balancing regular delivery responsibilities with strategic platform support work.
Education
10+ years of experience in test management, preferably in data intensive or banking environments.
Strong understanding of test lifecycle management, regression testing, and integration testing. Also experience managing test cycles in shared environments.
Familiarity with test data management, data masking, and validation processes.
Proficiency with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
