About the Role
The Customer Service Specialist with German for the AR Team is responsible for managing customer inquiries related to billing, payments, and account reconciliation. This role ensures timely resolution of issues, maintains positive customer relationships, and supports the AR Team in achieving collection targets and accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or ticketing system regarding invoices, payment status, and account discrepancies.
Investigate and resolve billing issues, payment disputes, and credit/debit adjustments in collaboration with internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order-to-cash processes.
Escalate complex issues to the AR Team Lead or relevant departments when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Skills:
- Bachelor degree must have
- English Language min.B2 (good written & communication skills)
- German Language min. B2 (good written & communication skills)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Willingness to learn new ways to accomplish work activities and objectives
- Ability to build and maintain effective business relationship
- Good time management, prioritization skills and ability to work without close supervision and under pressure
