Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual for the role of Policy Servicing specializing in Changes and Endorsements. The candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during night shifts and will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient policy updates. Proficiency in MS Office and strong English communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Process policy changes and endorsements with accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
- Review and verify policy documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies and resolve policy-related queries effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of policy updates and changes in the system for audit and tracking purposes.
- Utilize MS Office tools to create update and manage policy-related reports and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on policy servicing activities.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks to meet service level agreements and deadlines.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor for resolution.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on policy servicing processes and industry trends.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions.
- Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality standards while handling sensitive customer information.
- Support team members in achieving collective goals and maintaining a high standard of service quality.
- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the companys mission.
Qualifications
- Possess strong proficiency in MS Office tools including Word Excel and PowerPoint to manage and document policy changes effectively.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to interact with stakeholders and document processes clearly.
- Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy to ensure error-free policy servicing.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of policy changes and endorsements with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Show a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
- Display strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
