Job Summary

This role involves managing policy servicing tasks within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain ensuring accuracy and efficiency in operations. The candidate will utilize MS Office tools to handle data and documentation while adhering to company standards. The position requires night shift availability and work from office setup.


Responsibilities

  • Manage policy servicing activities with a focus on accuracy and compliance to organizational standards.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to create update and maintain documentation related to policy servicing tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of policy-related processes and workflows.
  • Provide timely updates and reports on policy servicing activities to relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyze policy data to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions to ensure data integrity.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies in all policy servicing operations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve issues and streamline processes.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security while handling sensitive policy information.
  • Monitor and track policy servicing metrics to ensure performance targets are met consistently.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members on policy servicing procedures and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in Property & Casualty Insurance to align operations with current standards.
  • Contribute to the companys mission by delivering high-quality policy servicing that supports customer satisfaction and business growth.

  • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel Word and PowerPoint to manage tasks effectively.
  • Possess strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies in policy data.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Showcase attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy servicing operations.
  • Have a good understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain which is considered a valuable asset.
  • Display the ability to work effectively in night shifts and adapt to work from office setup.

  • Certifications Required

    Microsoft Office Specialist Certification Property & Casualty Insurance Certification (optional)
