About the role
As an IBM ACE Integration Consultant, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade integration solutions using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE). You will be a valued member of the Integration Services team and work collaboratively with solution architects, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions.


In this role, you will:

  • Design, develop, and troubleshoot IBM ACE integration flows using ESQL and Java to meet complex business requirements

  • Deploy and manage ACE solutions in containerized environments using Docker

  • Administer ACE environments including installation, configuration, monitoring, and security hardening

  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps with pipeline-as-code best practices

  • Integrate internal and external systems while implementing robust error handling and optimizing performance


What you need to have to be considered

  • Strong experience with IBM ACE integration development

  • Proficiency in ESQL and Java programming

  • Experience with Docker-based containerization of integration solutions

  • Hands-on experience with ACE administration and security

  • Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD automation


These will help you stand out

  • Experience working in enterprise-scale integration environments

  • Knowledge of API-led integration and microservices architecture

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure

  • Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills


Work model: Must be based in Canada and willing to work out of a Cognizant Canadian office

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $77,254 – 115,500 CAD depending on experience.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program.
