Job Summary : Provide Level 2 operational support for PAS-X MES across GMP manufacturing environments ensuring timely incident resolution and compliance with regulatory standards. 3. Responsibilities : Incident Management Diagnose and resolve MES related incidents within L2 scope such as EBR execution issues interface errors service failures Escalate unresolved issues to L3 or vendors with complete documentation Service Requests Execute approved standard service requests such as user account management report generation Knowledge Management Create and maintain Knowledge Base Articles KBAs for recurring issues and best practices Monitoring and Performance Monitor MES system health and performance using available tools Compliance Ensure all actions maintain the validated state of MES systems in line with GxP GAMP 5 2 and CSA CSV principles Coordination Collaborate with internal automation IT teams L3 and vendors L4 for escalations and root cause analysis 9.
