About the Role
As a Technical Product Manager – DevOps, you will own the DevEx and SDLC platform roadmap while providing delivery and operational leadership for DevOps engineering teams. This onshore role combines product management with DevOps engineering management, partnering closely with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Operations to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable developer platforms.
In this Role, You Will
· Shape and execute the DevEx/SDLC roadmap in partnership with Product and Program leadership.
· Own demand intake, prioritization, and backlog management for DevOps platform and automation work.
· Lead DevOps engineering capacity planning, allocation, and delivery commitments.
· Facilitate Agile ceremonies including refinement, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
· Standardize delivery workflows using Jira and ServiceNow for consistent execution and reporting.
· Embed secure-by-default SDLC controls including scanning gates, change management, and audit evidence capture.
· Partner with Engineering, QA, and Operations to improve CI/CD pipelines, release readiness, and deployment safety.
· Drive reliability engineering practices including SLOs, incident reviews, and continuous improvement.
· Track DevEx KPIs and use insights to prioritize improvements and increase adoption.
· Enable responsible AI-assisted delivery and optimize approved AI and SDLC tooling.
Work Model
This is an onshore role requiring availability during core U.S. business hours for stakeholder engagement, delivery decisions, and operational support. On-site or hybrid with 3 days at Minneapolis Office based on client and program needs.
What You Must Have to Be Considered
· 10+ years of experience across technical product management and DevOps/SRE/platform engineering leadership.
· Proven people leadership experience managing DevOps or SRE engineers.
· Strong expertise in CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, automation, and container platforms.
· Experience owning production operations including incidents, on-call models, and post-incident reviews.
· Detailed knowledge for APIs working and enhancements.
· Demonstrated ability to manage capacity, forecasting, and multi-stream delivery in Agile environments.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
· Working knowledge of AI/GenAI concepts applied to software delivery.
These Will Help You Succeed
· Experience operating in regulated or high-availability complex environments.
· Familiarity with ServiceNow, observability tools, and SRE practices.
· Agile certifications such as CSM, CSPO, or SAFe.
· Strong communication skills and ability to influence without authority.
Compensation (Pay Transparency)
Base salary range: $134,500 – $158,500 annually, depending on experience, skills, and location.
